Keynote: The Road Ahead. AIOps and Beyond.
Phil Tee

Moogsoft CEO Phil Tee will kick off the conference by offering his vision for AIOps’ future. Specifically, he’ll describe how AIOps can be extended beyond IT Ops into other areas where AI and ML could sharpen incident detection and resolution, including metrics, security and others. Tee will outline how, by unleashing the power of AIOps from its IT Ops beachhead “to infinity and beyond,” organizations can make their IT environments truly agile, flexible and efficient, boosting their business innovation and competitiveness.

Fannie Mae: How AI and ML are changing the Enterprise Monitoring Landscape
Jay Rudrachar

Jay Rudrachar, Fannie Mae’s director of enterprise monitoring, analytics and reporting, will share how the giant mortgage provider has leveraged AI and ML, in particular in Moogsoft AIOps, to improve IT Ops performance and break down data and toolset silos. Now, the organization’s multiple IT Ops teams have a single pane of glass view that gives them a comprehensive, holistic view into that’s going on in every area. This has yielded significant benefits for incident detection and resolution, and consequently for system uptime and reliability.

Moogsoft Science and Roadmap
Dr. Robert Harper

Moogsoft has over 50 mathematical patents and counting. Our AI is not an add-on feature -- it's core to our platform. In this session, Dr. Robert Harper, Moogsoft’s Chief Science Officer & VP of Engineering for Advanced Algorithms, will explain how our algorithmic suite, and algorithmic and AI techniques offer our customers the true benefits of AIOps. By delivering deep contextual insights, Moogsoft AIOps enables IT Ops and DevOps teams to solve IT problems faster than products that rely on rules-based approaches. And to show we’re not resting on our laurels, he’ll offer a sneak peek at upcoming features and future plans for our research program.

1:45 PM – 2:15 PM

Ubisoft’s AIOps Journey
Maxime Brodeur

Ubisoft IT Manager Maxime Brodeur will share the instructive journey in event management of this leading creator and publisher of interactive entertainment and services, including the hit game Assassin’s Creed. Maxime will describe the challenges Ubisoft faced by initially lacking non-centralized monitoring. Then he’ll go into Ubisoft’s first attempt at event management, describing what worked, what didn’t and the lessons learned. He’ll wrap up by explaining how this initial foray into event management allowed Ubisoft to rapidly and successfully integrate Moogsoft.

First Data/Fiserv: Going Ticketless with AIOps
First Data/Fiserv's Chris Kreps & Tony Wages

At First Data/Fiserv, AIOps dramatically improved incident management and resolution, a transformation that allowed this financial services provider to almost go ticketless. The speakers will describe the entire process, started when the CIO called for a global, next-gen monitoring platform. First Data/Fiserv soon realized that Moogsoft’s collaboration and record-keeping capabilities allowed it to slash tickets by 95%. They’ll also describe how the system was fine-tuned to handle both regular and critical incidents transparently.

3:15 PM – 3:45 PM

Moogsoft Special Announcement
Dan Grigsby

We’ll offer a preview and demo of new Moogsoft products and services. See for yourself all the new, exciting stuff we’ve been working on. You won’t want to miss this session!

3:45 PM – 4:15 PM

The Market Context for AIOps
Will Cappelli

Commercial AIOps Platforms compete with six software submarkets that roughly and conceptually align with the five dimensions of AIOps. Given the current size and promised growth of AIOps, it is not surprising that vendors dominating these submarkets will often attempt to extend their offerings with AIOps-like features. As a result, there can be confusion at the borders. This talk provides a quick review of these six submarkets to demarcate them clearly from AIOps.

4:15 PM – 5:00 PM
Customer Panel: AIOps Adoption and Lessons Learned from the Real World Deployments

In this roundtable discussion, Moogsoft customers, including Fannie Mae, KeyBank, First Data and Ubisoft, will offer real-world testimonials on their use of AIOps. You’ll learn how they’re helping their organizations thrive by preventing IT outages and providing continuous digital services. Don’t pass up this chance to hear how AIOps has allowed them to streamline IT Ops workflows, accurately detect anomalies, flag potential problems, and shrink repair times.
